  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth quality check process.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

  Quality Check and Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
